1. Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Item Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and downloadable software or digital products cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or because we shipped the incorrect product, EOS Unlimited LLC will cover the return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid shipping label.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.

• Approval & Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

• Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
